参加登録において参加費等をお支払いのうえ，演題登録にお進みください．

日本医真菌学会の皆さんも，下記の「正会員」・「学生会員」費用で参加いただけます（日本菌学会に入会する必要はありません）．発表をご希望の場合は，日本菌学会への入会をお願いいたします．

Please pay the fees at registration before proceeding to abstract submission of your presentation.

Members of The Japanese Society for Medical Mycology can also participate at the “Regular Member” and “Student Member” rates shown below (membership in The Mycological Society of Japan is not required). Those who wish to give a presentation are required to become members of the Mycological Society of Japan.
